Ready to get into the holiday spirit? Join us for an afternoon filled with joy, connection, and the power of music. The ERS Center for Memory Support & Inclusion’s Songs in Mind Choir—created for people living with dementia and their care partners—has spent 10 weeks building confidence, creativity, and community. Now, they’re ready to share that magic with you.

In partnership with Keys for Success, this free, uplifting performance is a celebration of togetherness and the spirit of the season.
