The 5:AM Fitness Story

In 2016 I stepped on the scale on was 30 pounds heavier than I was in my mind. A mentor and coach had been urging me to workout at 5:00am and my common response was consistently that 5:00am is WAAAAY too early! The moment on the scale made me realize that I had to overcome the time and GET UP to become a healthier version of myself. My mission now is to help you overcome your 5:00am, whether it is a time, your diet, stagnant workouts, or lack of motivation. 5:AM Fitness is about creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for you.
