Camari came into the world with a congenital heart defect called double outlet right ventricle, and doctors repaired it when he was just four days old. During recovery, he faced breathing challenges that led to a tracheostomy and a g-tube for nutrition. Doctors later diagnosed him with CHARGE syndrome—a complex pattern of birth defects. Camari spent his first nine months in the hospital, but he’s been gaining strength every day since. From not being able to sit up, he now walks, plays, and goes to school! His next big goal: learning to swallow so he can eat by mouth. He lights up when he hears music, sorts colors like a pro, and crushes puzzle games. This , we celebrate incredible kids like Camari! 💙 Learn more about how we treat CHARGE syndrome at the link in the comments.
