Meet our new Mental Health Therapist Adrienne (she/they)-
"I have openings available for individuals (all ages) and couples. I have an eclectic/integrative style and specialize in a whole person-systems approach to therapy. In therapy with me, clients can expect to gain knowledge about their diagnoses and develop reliable coping skills for managing mental and emotional health.
It is important to note, I am on the Autism Spectrum and deeply empathetic. As a trauma survivor and therapy warrior myself, I have intimate and thorough knowledge of trauma, the ways in which it can affect a person’s whole life, and the therapeutic processes necessary for recovery. Clients can expect both warmth and clinical competency from me.
In all areas of life, having a strong sense of self is beneficial. Family and society tend to impose on us who they think we should be. Many of us spend our lives shedding those impositions, working endlessly to figure out who we are, how we really like to dress, how we like to talk, and who we want to love. I have made it my personal mission in this life to help people be who they are, naturally, wholly, organically, authentically, real; not societal constructs constantly trying to live up to someone else’s standards. Let’s be real, together."
If you would like to get scheduled with Adrienne for individual or couples therapy, please reach out to us. They offer in person and telehealth sessions. Adrienne accepts OHP-CareOregon/Healthshare (including Kaiser Foundation OHP, Providence OHP, Legacy Pacific Source OHP, and OHSU OHP), as well as Jackson Care Connect OHP, Columbia Pacific OHP, Trillium OHP, and OpenCard.
