I have changed them up some and will be launching the series virtually Monday inside my Sacred Flame Collective.

Along with the journaling, crystal and energy healing, we will also do breathwork, Somatic Body Movements, and Guided Meditation. Just 1 major energy session a month with weekly mini sessions. All done virtually in the Collective. Replays will be available for 30 days.

November we will focus on Root and December we will continue to focus on Root but add the Sacral as well.

Happy Samhain!

Sitting here tonight with candles lite, libations given, drumming done on my new little drum I was given yesterday!

Just listening to the breath of the energy tonight. Will be doing this for the next several days. Getting to know a few new Ancestors that I just learned of in August. Listening and learning their energies. Catching scents with a few of them. I caught a new one when I made popcorn earlier so I gave them some on a small plate.

I've already heard peas and butter beans being requested. Bill and I don't eat butter beans so we will have so see about what to do for that request. We'll make a meal soon and give them a plate.

We both have not felt the best today so it has not been the day/night I wanted it to be but it's probably what I need instead.

There is something about this group of women.

This is my Skye Apothecary work tribe, minus a few faces. The Magic, Teaching, Connecting, and HEALING we are able to do together is amazing!

I have never had a work tribe this connected.

We are currently undergoing a shift and massive move. Things are in flux right now, but we will be even better once we get in the new location. So many things coming.

Until then, if you need energy work or some guided meditation to work through some things, message me. I can do distance/Remote sessions.

The sunset at the end of a day can be both breathtaking and heartbreaking.

Bringing an end to a magical day you're not ready to put to bed.

OR the beginning of a night of amazing things to enjoy.

Either way they paint the sky with beauty that can never be repeated.

Make sure you slow down every now and then and take in a sunset. Take a few slow, deep, breaths and reset your energy.

This is a picture of the front of one of my favorite places to stay in New Orleans, The Chateau Hotel.

It is haunted. I haven't heard the story behind the haunt but I know it's haunted. Why?

Because every time we have stayed there, I have been woken up each night in the 3 o'clock hour by a Spirit standing beside me. Usually once I acknowledge that I feel them but need to sleep, I feel them leave. Until the next night/early morning.

The last time we stayed, our room's window was one of these ones you see the sidewalk running in front of. Bill noticed it about the second time a group of people stopped outside our window that is was a ghost tour. Just confirming what I already knew.
