Offering products and services to assist you in nourishing your Mind Body and Soul! It wasn't long before people became curious and started asking questions.

Our journey of self healing has taken us on a wild ride of self discovery and adventure. My story dates back to around 2008 when a friend of mine drug me to a craft show. While I was there, I purchased a bar of cold process soap and I fell in love. I loved everything about it; the smell, the way it lathered, the way it left my skin. I was heartbroken when it was gone and I had no idea where to purchase more so I decided to learn how to make it myself. While researching and studying the process of making soap, I learned so much about the harmful chemicals in our bath and body products as well as our cleaning supplies and my new passion was born. I went on a mission to clean up the products my family used in our home and my childcare business. Many of them suggested I start selling my products so my mom and I launched Nature's Way promoting non-toxic bath and beauty products along with healthy and effective cleaning supplies. I had 3 young children at home and was also running my home daycare around the clock because it was our primary income. Unfortunately, Nature's Way had to take a back seat because I did not have the time needed to dedicate to that business and it eventually died. Fast forward to 2020; with Covid and a now empty nest, my passion was reignited and I have launched Mind Body Soul. Mind Body Soul was really born from a personal journey I have been on since my husband died in 2013. My life was left suddenly shattered and I had a lot of healing to do. I started a journey of self discovery and soul healing and this is where it has led me so far. Mind Body Soul encompasses so much more than bath and body products and candles. My purpose is to create a line of products and services to promote self discovery, self healing, self pampering, and soul healing. A journey into getting to know yourself and healing the wounds that have weighed you down and shut you off to your dreams; to reignite your passion for yourself and your goals. Mind Body Soul is about getting intimate and in touch with yourself. I have partnered with Dawn Riley and New Beginnings Spa and together we hope to provide you with many ways to nurture and pamper yourself along your own path to self and spiritual discovery.
