Common New Year’s resolutions that MIGHT not work 🤷🏼‍♀️

1. Go to the gym 5 days a week forever and never eat carbs

2. Wake up at 5am with a good attitude

3. Be present

What actually works?
Showing up to therapy.

Bullying is out of control — and yes, schools try to catch it and stop it.
But even when everything at school “aligns,” what about the moments no adult sees?
The group chats over break.
The Secret Santas girls set up on their own.
The dance videos she’s afraid won’t get likes.

Middle school is BRUTAL — almost every adult will tell you it was the toughest stage of their life.

Girls don’t just need supervision.
They need tools. Skills. Confidence. A sisterhood.
That’s why I created The Secret Sisterhood Society — a space where girls learn how to handle the real world of friendships, drama, boundaries, and self-worth… before it crushes them.
