My guy performing some barbell bent over rows!

-With this movement it’s important to maintain a neutral back angle. ✅
-To get into the proper pulling position, start from the top and lower the bar down to about mid-shin like you are performing an RDL. ✅
-Once you get down to this position, keep your core braced and your shoulders retracted. ✅

A strong back is the 🔑 to a stronger body.

If you are someone who deals with shoulder issues and want an exercise that works your upper chest, but is also shoulder friendly at the same time look no further than the SWISS BAR INCLINE PRESS.

-By taking a neutral grip, it forces the elbows to stay tucked placing more stress on the chest and triceps to handle the load. (Rather than the front delt)

*Load recommendation: Whatever your normal 1-rep max is on incline bench lower that by 10%. For example if you can incline 315 pounds multiply that by 0.9 which equals 285 pounds and you would then go off of 285 as your Swiss bar incline press max.

What are the best two exercises for athletes?

#2 - Hex Deadlift
Most similar to the power (athletic) position athletes get in to play their sport! Also, less of a learning curve than the traditional conventional or sumo deadlift.

#1 - Front squat
Requires mobility in uncomfortable positions! If you lack mobility in your lats, wrists, or ankles this movement will expose it. Thirdly, this exercise produces tremendous core activation.

A movement you all should be able to perform: The Barbell RDL

-It’s important for strengthening the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back.
-Can also help increase your squat and deadlift numbers as well.
-Fights against hamstring injuries (muscle tears or strains).
