A good night’s sleep can make a big difference before a test 🤍

Try to keep the evening routine calm, limit screens 1–2 hours before bed, and give your child a way to process any worries ahead of time (like writing them down).

Rested minds are better able to focus, think clearly, and feel confident.

Stick to your routine: good sleep, good nutrition, and keep things calm and positive.

Skip the caffeine and focus on water + a little protein before the test. It’ll help keep energy and focus steady way longer than a sugary breakfast!

Think simple: eggs, nuts, and fruit! It doesn’t have to be anything fancy.

And if you’ve got a picky eater, we’re always here to help!

Test anxiety is more common than you think, and your child isn’t alone 🤍

Instead of brushing those feelings off, try validating them: “It’s okay to feel nervous.” A little reassurance can go a long way. Keep things positive, remind them to just do their best, and avoid putting pressure on the outcome.

At the end of the day, it’s just a test, but how they feel matters most. And if those nerves feel overwhelming, we’re always here to talk.
