We’ve recently been made aware that someone is using our phone number to make fraudulent calls, claiming to update "provider files." Please remember, always verify the identity of anyone calling before providing any personal information. Many of you know our employees, and we always identify who we are when calling.

Here are a few tips to stay safe:

✅ If you receive an unexpected call from us, feel free to hang up and call our office directly at (606) 663-7788.
✅ We do not perform "updates to provider files" via phone calls unless you call in to give us that updated information yourself.
✅ If in doubt, always confirm the caller’s identity!

Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. Stay vigilant, and thank you for trusting us with your care. 🙏
