At Healthy Touch Heals, every session is tailored to what your body needs most. I draw from several therapeutic techniques that work together to restore balance, relieve pain, and invite deep relaxation. Here are some of the ways I support your body’s natural healing:
✨ Swedish Massage
Gentle, flowing strokes help increase circulation, calm the nervous system, and melt away stress. Swedish massage is wonderful for relaxation while also nourishing the muscles and tissues of the body.
✨ Trager® Approach
This beautiful, gentle method uses rhythmic movement and rocking to remind the body what freedom and ease feel like. Trager work helps release deeply held tension patterns and often leaves people feeling lighter, more spacious, and peaceful.
✨ Myofascial Release
Our bodies are wrapped in a web of connective tissue called fascia. When this tissue becomes tight or restricted, it can cause pain and limited movement. Myofascial release uses slow, sustained pressure to soften restrictions and restore natural mobility.
✨ Trigger Point Therapy
Sometimes small “knots” in the muscles create pain that radiates to other areas of the body. Trigger point therapy works directly with these areas to relieve pain, improve movement, and help muscles return to healthy function.
✨ Reflexology
Specific points on the feet correspond to organs and systems throughout the body. Reflexology gently stimulates these points to support circulation, relaxation, and overall balance within the body.
