What a fantastic way to kick off our Senior Living University series! 🎓✨
We had an incredible turnout for Part 1: The Cost of Waiting luncheon here at Regency Oaks Senior Living Community. The energy in the room was palpable—our guests were incredibly engaged, asking thoughtful questions and diving deep into the benefits of planning for the future.
A huge thank you to our Director of Finance, Sheri, for being our guest speaker! 🎤 Her expertise helped break down the financial advantages of Lifecare, from tax credits to long-term savings, making the complex simple for everyone in attendance.
And of course, we can’t forget the food! We enjoyed a delicious Teriyaki Chicken Salad followed by some seriously tasty assorted macaroons. YUM! 🥗🍪

What an incredible Kindness Week we’ve had here at Regency Oaks! 💖 Our team works so hard every day, so we wanted to take a moment to shower them with the appreciation they truly deserve.

From soul-soothing relaxation to tasty morning treats, here’s a look at how we celebrated our amazing staff:

The Ultimate Zen Zone: Employees took a much-needed breather in our Relax Space pod, trading the hustle for some high-tech calm. 🧘‍♀️✨

Breakfast on the Go: We hit the drive-up with fresh orange juice and breakfast croissants to start the day off right! 🥐🥤

Sweet Surprises: Our front desk team kept the smiles going with heart-shaped bowls of treats and special "Thank You" notes. 🍬❤️

Festive Fashion & Cheer: We traded our usual gear for our best Valentine’s pinks, reds, and hearts to keep the energy bright and loving! 👗💕 Plus roses to give out from the Sales and Marketing team on Valentines Day 🌹

🍎 Spread Joy, One Healthy Snack at a Time! 🍌
Our HR Fun Cart was back in action this month, and the energy was absolutely contagious! This time around, we focused on "fueling our best selves" with a spread of delicious healthy snacks and fresh fruit.

We were especially thrilled to welcome our visiting team from LCS! They joined in on the fun and loved seeing our Fun Cart tradition in action. It was a wonderful reminder of the incredible sense of morale and community we share across all departments.

From Independent Living all the way to the Health Center, there wasn't a face without a smile! Seeing our teams connect, recharge, and laugh together is what makes our community so special.

A massive THANK YOU to our amazing HR team. You go above and beyond to make sure our staff feels seen, appreciated, and nourished. We love what you do! ❤️
