Last May I started a coarse that has increased my skills more than I could have ever imagined! It’s called there are 3 levels. I finished Level 1 in September and passed my Level 2 exam last night. Level 3 I have to wait to do next January as its done live in person at the combine prep here in Tampa .murph .

It’s helped me hone in my skills on biomechanics. In which I have been able to help more people and athletes move better and help through injuries, through getting their body’s to move better, by having a greater understanding on biomechanics

The best way I can put this coarse is, it’s like taking a kinesiology coarse and condescending it into 2, 12-16 weeks.

Shout out to all the instructors I attended live lectures and labs

And all the instructors I was able to watch the replays .hamilton

Mobility Stability Strength

01/12/2026

1. TheraGun (percussive therapy)
• Applied to the pectoralis minor to reduce muscle tone and allow improved shoulder external rotation.
2. High Biceps Curl
• Used to cue and reinforce shoulder external rotation under load.
3. Reverse Shrugs
• Focused on improving scapular posterior tilt and supporting external rotation mechanics.
4. Horizontal Pulling Patterns
• Emphasized scapular protraction and retraction to improve the scapula’s ability to move smoothly around both the anterior and posterior rib cage.
5. Overhead Pulling Movements
• Introduced to promote scapular upward and downward rotation, further enhancing overall scapular mobility and control.
6. Chest Press
• Performed through a full range of motion under load to expose the pectoralis minor to controlled lengthening, helping maintain lower resting tone and improved movement capacity.

Outcome Goal:
Improve shoulder and scapular mobility, reduce excessive forearm rotation demands, and decrease stress at the elbow.

Working big toe strength with
This is part of post rehab that I noticed needed attention. This was the missing link to help with her Achilles tendinopathy.

During the big tie push and lean Borga’s foot and leg starting shaking. I love seeing the shake cause it tells me I’m on the right path.

Why do I love seeing the shaking?

Here’s why:
Shaking during isometrics isn’t weakness—it’s performance being built.
High neural demand forces greater motor unit recruitment and joint control at specific angles.
That shake means the athlete is learning to produce and absorb force with precision.
Control first. Power follows.

After the big toe press we immediately went into a multi directional single leg plyo
