Hosted by marathon runner herself, Dr. Natalie Migoni, D.C. of HealthSource Chiropractic, each month we'll be bar-hopping (errr bar-running) throughout the Cleveland area. Our 3 and 6 mile running routes are professionally mapped out by Jay at The Runiversity, host of Cleveland's Rock 'n Hops race series. We conclude each run with injury prevention tips, product demos, or ask-the-doc sessions. There will be happy hour prices, free $10 gift cards, giveaways, club running gear, and more!
