The time someone asked about my P/L, AR, and AP and I responded "What?" as they lost me in translation. Followed up with "That's not important." and I lost them in translation.

I didn't get into teaching yoga with the mindset of money... I accepted this as a journey to connect with my soul truth-- welcoming healing and transformation into my life. To become aware, present, and connected. To then support others on their journey-- as a beacon of light. ✨

I’m very particular about what I buy— who makes it? Is it multi-purposeful? Who has investments in the company? How do they give back to communities and the places where they have their factories? How eco-friendly is the product?

I know one company isn’t perfect but for me to support them… it can’t just be a thing to be a thing with a profit only mindset.

This is that thing 🥾.

Working outdoors, hiking, and lounging in the elements had me in need of footwear that is sturdy, warm, and fast to put on— so I can slip on and roll out. For most of the year, I can rock sandals for this. Although sandals aren’t the safest for hiking and not the warmest in winter. Alas—

My Kizik’s have arrived 🤩.

Animals can play an important role in helping us connect to our Divine (Feminine and Masculine) energies. The universal/spiritual parts of us that seek balance, intuition, strength, compassion, and truth. (The parts that whisper in the back of our mind and show in the physical body as a feeling of “off-ness” or “seeing clearly”.

They guide us without words.
They comfort us without conditions.
And in their presence, something ancient within us awakens.

🌿 Spiritual Guardians
Animals often act as protectors of our emotional and spiritual well-being. Their presence can steady our energy, soften our hearts, and remind us that we are never truly alone.

🌿 Deep Communication
Animals communicate through intuition, emotion, and subtle cues. When we learn to listen, we reconnect with our feminine qualities of sensitivity, empathy, and inner knowing. The masculine ability to observe, respond, and take thoughtful action.

🌿 Sacred Symbolism
Across cultures, animals have always represented divine qualities of peace, courage, intuition, transformation. They appear in our lives as messengers, offering guidance when we need it most. (For example, the dove is often seen as a symbol of purity, hope, and spiritual connection.)

🌿 Spiritual Growth & Inner Balance
Animals help us grow simply by being themselves. Their presence teaches us patience, compassion, courage, and emotional openness. Through them, we experience both the nurturing softness of the Divine Feminine and the grounded strength of the Divine Masculine are energies that are meant to work together in harmony.

🌿 Healing & Peace
Time with animals brings us back to the present moment. Their gentleness invites healing, and their authenticity reminds us of the interconnectedness of all living beings.

Animals are powerful guides. They help us explore who we are, soften where we’ve hardened, strengthen where we’ve weakened, and reconnect to the divine energies that live within us and outside of us.

It’s been quiet around here, huh? I’ve been driving some Hoofed friends around 🐷🐷. It was an adventure to a place I’ve been lucky to spend a lot of time in lately… Nashville.

My mom joined me on the road and we explored, ate sooooo much food, and met some fun folks along the way.

Over the years, I’ve been tryin to stay open but aware about the places I continually find myself again and again. I ask—

What’s the reason? Can universe allow me to see clearly what I need and how it’ll show up in life?

As of now, it’s trips for animals 🐾🐾 and yoga 🧘‍♀️. I look forward to the uncovering of future adventures to TN, but— I won’t rush it. 😌

Neurodiversity isn’t just about autism, it includes a broad spectrum of ways people think and process the world, such as ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.

What they all share is that their brains work differently from so-called “neurotypical”. -University of the District of Columbia

That variation doesn’t just change how we learn or communicate, it can shape how we connect with other beings.

Temple Grandin, a popular figure in the neurodiversity community says “Animals, especially prey species like horses or cattle, think in associations rather than abstract concepts. When a horse falls once in a trailer, it may fear all trailers; but if a different kind of trailer causes the fall the next time, the fear becomes more specific— tied to that kind or even a certain person.”

This associative way of thinking mirrors how many neurodivergent people experience the world.

In “Unspoken Bonds,” the author reflects on her profound, intuitive understanding of animals— a shared sensitivity, a mutual resonance, a communication beyond words.

Neurodiverse people often think in concrete, literal ways, they can empathize deeply with animals who respond to experience more than abstraction.

These bonds matter. For many neurodivergent individuals, animals offer predictability, non-verbal connection, emotional regulation, and sensory comfort. Things that can feel rare or overwhelming in human social settings.

Most people think stability means staying in the same routine, place, or rhythm (most of the time). But real stability isn’t about sameness. It’s about awareness.

When you understand your needs, values, energy— you become your own anchor. You can move, grow, shift habits, change environments, and still feel steady.

Stability becomes fluid. It becomes the peace you feel between life’s changes instead of something you rely on only when life is predictable.

If you have a pet 🐾🐾 you may already know this. Animals are living examples of stability in motion. Dogs ground us with presence, routine (at least when it comes to eating 🤪) and unconditional connection— no matter what’s happening around us. If you spend time in nature, wildlife shows us this truth: birds migrate, travel, and transition through seasons, yet remain deeply instinctive, steady, and guided.

We can learn from them… Stability doesn’t disappear when life changes— it adapts.

Awareness gives you the same power. It helps you recognize when you’re out of alignment, guides you back to center, and supports you in staying grounded even when everything around you is shifting.

Stability isn’t “nothing changes.”
Stability is you knowing yourself in motion— steadiness that grows with you, not one that keeps you small.

Saturday Vibes all the time… because every day is a day and when you work weekends like me, it’s more about the moments than the day of the week.

In this one, I got to share a special meal with my family at La Petit Triangle Cafe in Ohio City (west side of CLE). My sister was shocked I hadn’t been there in all my time growing up here and my love for FR 🇫🇷. I’d heard about it, but just didn’t ever think to go, but I’m glad I did now because the food was phenomenal and it does give a true little taste of French cafes, in and outside of Paris.

Why am I sharing this photo and bit of info? Honestly, I’m working on sharing the more vulnerable pieces of myself. The bits that carry heavy on my heart ❤️ but I don’t discuss while on the journey of life. Yet, these are some of the most important pieces to share and connect with others, and that allow others to feel safe to share their pieces and parts they may typically hide in the dark. So, here I am. And there I was.

More to share soon 🥰

Autistic individuals may not all agree because they are all very different. Some may find pet ownership to be burdensome. Others may find it difficult to care for another outside of self when they also have work, school, or other priorities. BUT many autistic individuals can agree that there are benefits to pet ownership or if not ownership— the presence of animals (in nature or at a sanctuary) or walking a dog with a friend or family member, feeding a cat, or visiting animals at a local rescue benefits them socially and emotionally. 🐾🐾

Unique emotional processing for some people with autism and understanding of non-verbal cues allows them to form strong bonds with animals.

Animals interact (much of the time) through body language and can provide distraction (or transformation) away from anxious thoughts, negative mindset, and overwhelm.

There’s scientific research that supports the connection between autism and animals. And understand that the connection is deeply rooted in neurodiversity, and is important to recognize the significance it can have in both the individual and the animal’s life.
