It was truly beautiful to begin Kwanzaa with my accountability sister–friend–cousin and to also share our final celebration dinner together. Grateful for faith, family, and fellowship.

This is a time to gather with family, share love, and remind ourselves how important it is to stick together. When we do, the good will always outweigh the bad.

Happy Kwanzaa eve!!! Kwanzaa is not just a celebration—it’s a lifestyle.
It’s how we choose to live every day of the year.
It’s standing true to self, staying focused, and honoring our values even when no one is watching.
Kwanzaa reminds us to pour into our community, uplift one another, and walk in purpose.
It’s about unity, self-determination, collective responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith—principles that guide how we show up in the world.
When you live Kwanzaa, you celebrate life all year long.
You show who you are by how you serve, how you lead, and how you love your people.
Kwanzaa is not just what we celebrate—it’s who we are. I thank my sis-cousin-friend for celebrating with me and for a wonderful sis-Nia dinner kicking off with a Kwanzaa celebration!
