I’ve never been the type to blame other people for my actions or circumstances.

From a young age I always took responsibility for any mistakes I made even if I was not wrong I still took the blame for the people around me.

I ask myself why do I do that.

Truth is because I can handle it.

I never understood why I did that.

But then I realized I did that because I can handle it. While most people cower and point fingers I found peace in chaos I found peace in struggle.

There is a moment of peace in chaos and struggle and what I mean by that is while everyone is running away from the problem becoming fatigued and tired I choose to rest in it.

When you choose to rest in chaos you find yourself alone while everyone else flocks together and seeks comfort complaining about their problems on how life is so hard and terrible.

When you understand we all wake up to the same day and all have different experiences that’s when you finally understand you don’t need to run anymore. Because there is another person out there going through exactly what you’re going through handling it in a positive better way.

Find your happiness
Find your peace
Find your comfort in the chaos

Most business women don’t hate their body.

They hate how disconnected they feel from themselves.

I see it all the time, and honestly, I’ve felt it too.

The starting.
The stopping.
That quiet guilt at the end of the day when you handled everything for everyone else…
but didn’t show up for yourself again.

You’re capable.
You’re disciplined at work.
You solve problems all day long.

So when consistency doesn’t stick in this area, it hits different.
It feels personal.
Like, “Why can I run everything else in my life… but not this?”

Here’s what I’ve learned:

There’s nothing wrong with you.

You’re not broken.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not lacking willpower.

You’re just trying to do this alone in a life that never slows down.

Real change doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from support, structure, and a plan that actually fits your reality.

And when you finally stop fighting yourself…
everything starts to feel lighter again.
