Rooting for your rise…always. 🌹

One of the best parts of collaborating is knowing that when life happens, the show still goes on, not out of obligation, but out of love, trust, and deep support.

This weekend we had the honor of leading a workshop on the power of female relationships and collaboration in both life and work at the Elevate Women’s Summit in Watertown, NY. And in the most fitting way, when our dearest Tracy was home resting with a fever, the lesson became real.

This is what sisterhood looks like, when one woman needs to rest, the others rise beside her. When one voice is quiet, another carries the message. It’s never about doing it alone… it’s about rooting for each other’s rise.

What an incredible weekend surrounded by so many inspiring speakers, leaders, and dreamers and guided by the brave visionary, Devan, who has built something truly special. Congratulations on your 5th Summit! We can’t wait for next year.

We’re leaving filled with gratitude for the powerful women in our community, the deepening bonds with those we love, and the magic of the new connections made. Together, we rise. 💗
