Recently, our residents enjoyed another unforgettable Wine Dinner featuring exquisite pairings curated by our talented chefs and sommelier. 🍷👨🍳
Menu Highlights:
🍇 Boundary Breaks Medium Dry Riesling paired with Split Pea Soup topped with crisp bacon, crème fraîche, and garlic crostini.
🍷 Graziano Red Zinfandel alongside Sticky Chinese Pork and Pineapple over Rice.
🥂 Mary Taylor Anjou Blanc (Chenin Blanc) complemented by Chicken Scallopini with Blistered Balsamic Cherry Tomatoes.
🍋 Finished with a decadent Lemon Curd Mousse with cream, blueberries, and fresh mint.
