My name is Debbie. I am the owner/designer of Groovy Gurlz Boutique. My mother and I create all of the clothing items in my sewing studio. It is a smoke free, pet free studio. I will have to say that I have the best job in the world. I get to create beautiful clothing for your sweet children. It has been so much fun watching this business grow. Groovy Gurlz got it's start from the Chattanooga Farm

ers Market, which was recently named one of the TOP 10 MARKETS IN THE NATION. We then started on etsy, then graduated to supplying Boutiques across the World. Yes, I did say World! We have clothing in boutiques as far away Singapore and Pureto Rico. We also travel to shows in the Southeast. This is my favorite part, getting to meet my customers face to face. We have already done shows in Key West and Birmingham this year, and are scheduled for show in Savannah, Ga, Del Ray, Fl, Ashville, NC, Lexington, KY, Stone Mtn, Ga, etc. We started out in our basement and it has quickly taken over our entire house. We recently broke ground on our new 20" x 28" studio behind our house. All of my family members play a key role on producing Groovy Gurlz products for you. I have been married for 22 years and am lucky to have such a wonderful husband. We have been blessed with (3) beautiful children (2)boys, ages 18 and 15. (1) girl age 13. It has been so much fun sewing for them over the years! I was an heirloom sewing teacher at a local sewing store for about 5 years, during my 10 years of stayed home with my children. I left my job last year as a dental assistant in a pediatric dental office after 7 years to do my sewing business full time. That was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made, but was the smartest career decision I have ever made. All of my clothing is made to order and can be monogrammed. I will also take special orders, for your special occasions. We love to receive pictures of your children wearing Groovy Gurlz clothing and post pictures of them on etsy with your permission. The wind was fierce last night and destroyed my tent. Thankfully everything was dry and no damage other than my tent. I can't say enough good about the City of Chamblee. They were kind enough to loan me another tent for today and help me set it up and get the old one out. I will be here until 5 today and looking forward to seeing you.
