Hey I know it's been awhile but things r starting to look up, I'm still at my ideal weight and trying to stay healthy, so stick to ur plan and keep movin' forward there will b some fallin' off the wagon, but get back up and keep goin', if I can do it anyone can!!

Listen up people I been down a little while a couple of things went on really hurt me, but I'm back and ready to go, always remember take ur vitamins and drink lots of water and exercise! And I hope u read the Plain Dealer Tuesday about BWL and how it helped to eliminate Diabetes, it brings lots of hope to Diabetics everywhere!!! L8er!

Remember people the second Thursday of every month is the Bariatric Support Group at the Cleveland Clinic so try and b there and am gonna try real hard to b there!!!!! Remember exercise and eat right, and don't over eat!!!!!! And take all ur vitamins!!! BigDanDawg!

Did everyone see the article in the Plain Dealer about Bariatric Weight Loss and how it effects Diabetes, it mentioned Dr. Schuer and Dr. Kashup both my doctor's they r great and very intelligent, they do great work and should b commended, how is everyone doin' on their weight loss, hope everyone is hangin' in there don't worry it will b nice tol walk outside again, so hang in there, listen if anyone has any questions and need to talk just e-mail me and we'll c what we can do! Well did everyone survive the Holiday's and not gain no weight, I think I gained 1 lb, and that's great, just stick to the plan and stay the course, hope to c u all at the support group this week at the Cleveland Clinic, the greatest hospital in the world, b there at 5:00 it is always great!!!
