‘12 Days of Christmas…Day Five.'

Every so often this time of year, there is a day calm enough to launch the kayak 🛶, and that’s exactly what happened here - a (Christmas) Lake Day! The glassy reflections & dramatic sky provided nice juxtaposition to the holiday-themed Cleveland skyline.

Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) Cooking Demo at our new state-of-the-art TEACHING KITCHEN at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank Community Resource Center. The beautiful cookware was donated by JACK CASINO🎉. Eric, our nutritionist and I had a fun morning prepping, cooking and sharing samples of our delicious spaghetti squash recipe.
