Get your hips in a good position and move them in all planes of motion!! I use the above exercises as a warm up to a lift. They target will lengthen the tissue without over stretching or pinching and ger you ready to lift for strength.
Don't forget
1. Align ribcage and pelvis
2. Breathe into sticky spots in your glute
3. Sense your feet to improve the move
