Have you been experiencing stress over COVID-19 and flu season? We have a few suggestions that might be of help: 1) be diligent about hand washing 2) be reasonable about group activities - refrain from shaking hands or giving hugs if you are unsure about the health of others 3) relax - immune systems are much more effective when you stress level is calm.

There are essential oils that can help with relaxation, such as lavender or chamomile or a blend like Still Mind or Release the Anxiety. Other oils like Tea Tree or Niaouli are reputed to be anti-viral. But, as always, essential oils are not medicine, so see a doctor and stay away from work or school if you are feeling unwell. Be safe and be healthy.
