RelateCare are widely known to operate globally, but their commitment to supporting local is why we created our Accreditation Scheme. Their office in Waterford alone employs 500 people, and they are always putting the community first. The have supported the Waterford Food Bank, teamed up with 'Well Fed" to provide meals for their employees and even won 'Customer Service Award' at our Waterford Business Awards in 2020 🏆

This week, CEO Conor O'Byrne, represented the RelateCare team as a panellist at the launch event on February 24th, hosted by Ambassador Walsh and the U.S. Embassy team (U.S. Embassy Dublin). RelateCare is delighted to welcome CEO Edel Murphy and Client Experience Director, Kelly McGrath from West Assured onsite this week as they formally presented our leadership team with our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification.

This milestone is especially significant as it marks our successful transition West Assured as our INAB accredited certification body in Q4 2025, and the beginning of a strong and collaborative partnership.
