Courtney Harrell is a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter who has performed with and penned hits for Grammy award-winning and multi-platinum artists such as Ariana Grande, Beyonce, Chris Brown, Kelly Rowland, Mary J. Blige, John Legend, Jennifer Hudson, and many more. Her current chart-topping hit is “Snap” by Rosa Lynn. Courtney was a semi-finalist on The Voice and now works as a music producer on NBC’s AMERICA’S GOT TALENT.

ABOUT ANDRAE ALEXANDER
Andrae Alexander, a GRAMMY-winning musician and USC professor, moved to Los Angeles in 2009 from Maryland. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the U.S. Navy Band of Washington, D.C., he is also an Amazon best-selling author of the book, “Build Your Music Career From Scratch,” now in its second edition. An internationally traveled musician and clinician on the subjects of the music industry and music production, Andrae has been to over 40 countries.

Washington Wellness is proud to announce that our very own Dr. Will, will be a speaker at this year's Harmony In Practice, Backline's second annual clinical workshop for mental health practitioners working with music industry professionals and their families! The conference will take place from Friday, September 13, to Saturday, September 14, at the Infinity Park Convention Center in Denver, CO.

Led by music industry professionals and licensed clinicians, this two-day workshop will equip mental health professionals with practical, holistic tools to address the unique challenges of the music industry. It will foster resilience and wellness through collaboration and open discussion.

The first 40 registrants will also receive tickets and round-trip transportation to Red Rocks Amphitheater on 9/13/24 for Greensky Bluegrass!
Special student ticket pricing is available for half-price.
Limited free scholarship tickets are also available for BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ providers with specific interest/experience in serving the music industry.
Harmony in Practice has been approved by NBCC for NBCC credit. Backline. Care is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. NBCC Approval No. SP-4614. Continuing education credit has also been submitted for approval and is pending with the Board of Social Work.
