If you’re expecting, wearing your seat belt properly is one of the simplest and most important ways to protect both you and your baby.

✔️ Shoulder belt across your chest (not under your arm or behind your back)
✔️ Lap belt low and snug across your hips and pelvic bone — never over your belly
✔️ Sit upright and keep as much distance as possible between your belly and the steering wheel

A few small adjustments can make a big difference and that tiny co-pilot is counting on you.

We had an AMAZING donation of 60 bottles of pre-mixed Gentlease! That's 1,920 ounces of formula! 💜 Amazing organizations, and donors like you, enable us able to feed more babies!

We are at the YMCA ELC Central today distributing diapers!

If you are an Alleghany Highlands YMCA Early Learning Centers family, March distribution will work a little differently. Requests can be submitted by Sunday, March 8th at midnight, choose your ELC location in the request, and it will be with your kiddo at pickup on Wednesday, March 11th. ☘️
