What type of medical specialties do you provide services for? We can provide medical billing services for outpatient medical practices and facilities. This includes Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Family Practice, Pulmonary, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Hospitalists and diagnostic testing (just to name a few). What type of services do you provide? Accelerated Billing and Collection Solutions provides complete medical billing services
Charge Entry, including demographics
Sending out primary and secondary insurance claims (electronic and paper)
Credentialing
Patient Statements and Collections
On-site training for physicians and staff
Credit Card Processing

What are your fees? We will charge a percentage of monthly receipts, based on amount collected, not on the amount billed. The percentage is based on practice volume and ranges from 4% - 8%. We can also work patient accounts on the physicians’ behalf prior to sending them to collections. Any receipts paid during this process will have a 20% - 25% fee. If the physician decides they want to send a patient to collections, we will work together with a local collection agency. This fee will be 50% plus attorney costs made payable to the collection agency itself. How do we start working with Accelerated Billing and Collection Solutions? Call our office or email us and we can set up a consultation. Billing services can begin as soon as the contract is signed and all information is received from the physician office. How can we get information to you for billing? We provide courier service as much as necessary. We can also receive information from the physician by secure email and/or fax. How often do you send patient statements? Statements will be sent out once a month, depending on volume. If your practice has a high volume, we can stagger statements to cut down on overwhelming phone calls.
