Hi 👋🏻 it’s me, Coach Toni, after a full day of clients and teaching hot mat Pilates… still sweaty, tired as hell, and running on fumes 😅

But damn, I love what I do.🥹

To my in person clients and my class girls, you don’t just show up, you WORK. No excuses, no hand holding, just grit and a constant drive to get better. Being around that every day pushes me just as much as I push you.

Life gets chaotic, mom life, prep life, all of it, but the gym is my space. It’s where I lock in, clear my head, and get to be fully in my element.

No Sunday scaries over here. I’m ready to get back to it.

Grateful for every single one of you who trusts me and shows up ready to earn it. Let’s keep going. 💪

Opening Day ⚾️

Today looked a little different for me… and I’m really proud of that.

While everyone around me was enjoying ballpark food and drinks (which is FINE), I personally had my tuna pouches and rice cakes packed and ready to go. Not because I had to, but because I made a commitment to myself and my goals.

Competition prep isn’t just about what happens in the gym. It’s about the choices you make when it would be easier to “just enjoy the moment” the way everyone else is. It’s discipline. It’s sacrifice. It’s keeping promises to yourself even when no one is watching.

And here’s the best part… I had an AMAZING day.

I didn’t feel deprived. I didn’t feel like I was missing out. I felt aligned, in control, and proud of the standard I’m holding myself to right now.

This season of life requires a different level of focus, and I’m fully embracing it.

Reminder: You can enjoy your life AND stay committed to your goals. It just might look a little different than what everyone else is doing.

And that’s okay ❤️

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY 🍽️
Working mom of two | Bikini competitor prep

A realistic look at how I’m fueling right now during prep.

You’ll notice a few consistent themes across these meals 👇

• Whole, nutrient-dense foods as the foundation
• Protein prioritized at every meal
• Fiber and volume from fruits and veggies
• Simple meals that fit a busy work + mom schedule
• And yes, chocolate included on purpose 🍫

Even during prep, the goal isn’t perfection. It’s structure and sustainability.

I don’t share my macros because they’re highly personalized to my competition prep, hormones, training volume, recovery, and physique goals. What works for my body right now isn’t meant to be copied, and that’s okay.

The takeaway from this post isn’t the numbers.

It’s the pattern:
Build your meals around whole foods, prioritize protein, include fiber, and leave room for foods you enjoy.

That’s what makes consistency possible.
