As we approach this special evening, we just want to take a moment to invite everyone once again to our 11th Annual Candlelight Memorial Service. For over a decade, Shepherd Home Health & Hospice has been honored to provide this night of remembrance, comfort, and connection for our patients’ families and for our surrounding communities.
Each year, this service becomes more meaningful. It’s a beautiful opportunity to pause during the busy season, honor the loved ones who have touched our lives, and reconnect with the families we have walked alongside. We are always so blessed by the stories shared, the hugs exchanged, and the love that fills the room.
