My Story
I began my search for natural wellness, spirituality and healing work way before I became a mother to two teenagers and a business owner. As a long time graduate of Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics , I have practiced massage therapy for over 20 years. In 2012, I became a licensed Aesthetician focusing on natural skin care. Throughout the years I have also been developing my psychic, medical intuitive, and energy healing abilities working with modalities such as Chakra Balancing, Cranial-Sacral Unwinding, Polarity, High Frequency Healing, and ThetaHealing certifications. I wove these insights and mentoring throughout sessions with my clients over the years during bodywork sessions and over facials. I began to really cultivate my mind-body mentoring work to help them to understand and “connect the dots between how they feel and how to heal”. The emotional component was always the part that intrigued me the most. My superpower is that I am emotionally intuitive, clairsentient. I can sense what other people are feeling. “The issues are in the tissues” by the time they would come to my office. Root causes of the issues revealed while in session usually lead to the mind-body-emotions discussion. Some clients take the information and begin to work with me on a more spiritual - energetic level through Thetahealing session. Others aren’t quite ready to move forward with the information because they still need to wrap their minds around what I just shared with them. I can meet both types of clients on their level of awareness. I have now taken my healing practice out of the treatment room and into the ethers of online one to one sessions and workshops.
With a passion for natural health, I am in constant pursuit of learning and am a proponent of helping people to find natural solutions for wellness. I offer free Essential Oil education and protocol sessions. By providing this education to my clients, I am able to be even more effective when helping those looking for natural solutions to a variety of health concerns. Whether they are mental, emotional, or physical I can help people on an even deeper, therapeutic level.
