💚 Bingo Fun with Heartland Hospice 💚

Today, we were happy to welcome Ron McGraw from Heartland Hospice to River Run Healthcare of Coal Grove! Ron spent time with our residents to share more about what hospice is, the services they offer, and the amazing support they provide to individuals and families.

Our Activities Director, Adam, invited Ron to join in a fun game of Bingo, where Ron surprised everyone with Hershey Bars 🍫 as prizes!

We are truly thankful for the wonderful connection we’ve made with Heartland Hospice and look forward to continuing this partnership that helps enrich the lives of our residents.

✨ Our Housekeeping Department takes great pride in their attention to detail, ensuring our home always shines.
✨ Our Laundry Department goes above and beyond with an incredible one-day turnaround time — making sure residents’ personal laundry is quickly and carefully returned.
✨ Together, our Housekeeping and Laundry staff are vital to infection control, serving as the first line of defense in keeping our home clean, healthy, and safe each and every day for everyone.

Today, our residents tapped into their creativity by making colorful construction paper flower crafts! 🌼✂️ Not only was it a fun and cheerful activity, but it also gave everyone a great opportunity to practice and strengthen their fine motor skills.

🇺🇸 River Run Remembers September 11th 🇺🇸

Today at River Run Healthcare of Coal Grove, our residents and staff paused to honor and remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. Together, we watched a powerful documentary reflecting on the events of that tragic day, and we took time to reflect on the courage, unity, and resilience shown in the face of heartbreak.
