Let’s talk CORE for a second….

⚡️Does your low back hurt during core?

⚡️Did you know that the TIMING of core activation is CRITICAL for complete CORE TRAINING?

⚡️A study was done measuring core activation relative to extremity motion.

⚡️Subjects with low back pain displayed extremity motion THEN core activation.

⚡️Subjects without low back pain displayed core activation THEN extremity motion.

⚡️What does this mean? The TIMING of core activation in movement matters.

⚡️How do you do that?! Exhale, feel your core engage THEN do your movement.

⚡️Training should be about rewiring moment patterns and applying different variables.

Is your movement ORGANIZED?

☑️ Do you know what your DEEP CORE is and can you access it?

☑️ Do you know how to BREATHE once you find it?

☑️ Can you properly TIME your breath with movement?

☑️ Are you able to BUILD on these 3 things?

Welcome to Integrated Movement Therapy where we introduce “Inside-Out Training”, teaching people how to access their Intrinsic Core.

From there, we expand into connecting deep peripheral structures of the body, woven together through beautiful fascial lines, freeing up muscles that are “trying to do it all”. These are usually the muscles that we complain of as “the issue”, where in reality, these guys are doing the job of stabilizing and also trying to be powerful.

This dynamic goes against the natural design of our biomechanics, causing us to fight against ourselves, creating “glitches” in the system, leading to pain patterns which inhibit our neurological gift of proprioception.

On top of all of this, when we shut down the deep core, we restrict necessary fluid flow through our bodies, which is fundamental for health, recovery, mobility, strong bones (which directly impacts:), IMMUNE SYSTEM (bone marrow is critical for immunity) and the list goes on.
