Let’s talk CORE for a second….
⚡️Does your low back hurt during core?
⚡️Did you know that the TIMING of core activation is CRITICAL for complete CORE TRAINING?
⚡️A study was done measuring core activation relative to extremity motion.
⚡️Subjects with low back pain displayed extremity motion THEN core activation.
⚡️Subjects without low back pain displayed core activation THEN extremity motion.
⚡️What does this mean? The TIMING of core activation in movement matters.
⚡️How do you do that?! Exhale, feel your core engage THEN do your movement.
⚡️Training should be about rewiring moment patterns and applying different variables.
