Updates on the fire that was affecting i-10 in Cochise County, AZ.

Firefighters continue to make progress on the burning in the Texas Canyon area of . Thursday's infrared flight (IR) determined the fire to be 9,717 acres. It is now 19% contained. Today crews will continue securing line and monitoring for hot spots which remain within the interior of the fire's perimeter. While I-10 remains open, drivers need to use caution as firefighters continue to work in the area. Afternoon smoke may drift onto the highway as winds increase. There are no areas in SET or GO, but residents should always be prepared; create defensible space and sign up for emergency alerts through your county's emergency management office website.

Walnut Fire Traffic Impact

Effective immediately, Interstate 10 is closed both lanes, both directions, from mp 319 to mp 323 due to reduced visibility from the Walnut Fire.

Westbound traffic will be closed at Highway 191 and eastbound traffic will be closed at Dragoon Road.

Current situation is for traffic to be detoured through Dragoon Road. Unknown how long this closure will last, please use caution.

Woohoo! Cannot wait to go back. What about y'all? Have you been to the Buckhorn in Pinos Altos, NM?

The wait is almost over - We are reopening Tuesday, May 25!

The bar opens at 3PM for drinks, and bar food is available at 4PM - the bar is first come, first serve.

The dining room will open for dinner at 5PM for reservations only. This is so we can grow and re-train our staff while still providing you with excellent customer service and a wonderful dining experience. Reservations will be limited as staff is limited. We anticipate being able to take walk-ins again as soon as we are fully staffed, and appreciate your patience and support in the interim.

Good morning, all! It is glorious to wake up with water again here at the ranch. With the new pump, our water pressure is insanely better, as well. Thank you to the good people at Tanner Well Service in Hereford/Sierra Vista, AZ for the quick work yesterday!

Looking back at the old records, if things are accurate, we "only" lost three feet of water from the time the well was first drilled in the 1970s. (The well guys yesterday said it should have been dug deeper than that back then to begin with...) If Monsoon is good this year, we should be okay, but we do need to start planning to drill a deeper well (a neighbor just went down to 1,000 ft...) in the future. We also already have three rain tanks (I believe two are at least 3,000 gallons if not larger), but hope to be placing more around the property going forward. This, along with identifying the areas of flooding and natural ponding that occur during Monsoon and encouraging better drainage, storage, and flow where needed.

You get free basic shipping included with your purchase and 10% of the proceeds go to the Friends of Bisbee Animal Shelter which I did not know was an option to put our eBay donations to until I decided to add a donation to this listing today! So if you do sell on eBay and want to support local charities, definitely look them up to see if they are listed on there, too. (Note that the local animal shelter wasn't coming up on the phone app for me for some reason but did today when I decided to revise things on the laptop. Might have been a temporary glitch but double-check on both if you are able and haven't found the charity you want to add!)

As for why this is unopened given it is part of one of my favorite game series ever... I bought this as a gift for myself years ago and was so excited but moved right after and managed to forget it existed given all the other Harvest Moon games I had in my collection and now no longer had time to play. Just opened a very old, sealed, watertight, moving box from storage and surprise! Still in its packaging. Very cool! My forgetfulness is your gain!

To be honest, I debated trying to find my GameCube and maybe finally play this but I realize that may be silly since my husband and I bought an old ranch/farm we're trying to build back up, so... Kind of living "Harvest Moon" right now.
