Hey everyone! A huge thank you to all the members who showed up to help before and during the event. Your efforts made the pit fire pottery festival so much fun and a success! Please enjoy some pictures of our wonderful volunteers. We appreciate each and every one of you so much!
We also want to extend a special thank you to Copper Queen, Valor, and Cochise College Alumni for their generous gift basket donations, they played a tremendous part in making our fundraising a success. Your support means the world to us!

We want to give a huge thank you to all the members of the Allied Health Club who showed up and helped set up the Halloween decorations for our group tent, as well as those who helped with the operation game and the CPR relay race at the Haunted Union. We had so much fun, and can't wait until the next event to keep the momentum going! Here’s a couple pictures from all the fun!! 🤩🎃🩺

🏗️ Come Assist the Allied Health Club🏗️
Volunteers are needed tomorrow, October 22nd, from 4-6 pm.

Come help make props, decorations and games for the Allied Health Club Haunted Union booth taking place this Friday. We would love it if you could come and help! We will meet in Room B102/103 near the front entrance at the DTC. It is the room that is currently under construction.

Materials needed:

Black fabric
Scissors
Paint and Brushes
Cardboard boxes
Poster Boards
Black and clear duct tape
Yellow/red/orange fabric or felt
Red and Black electric wire - 18 gauge
Metal foil duct tape (conductive)
Extra newspaper/drop cloths
Red paint
PPE Gown from Lab, bring your yellow gown to paint with red paint to wear during Haunted Union (for zombie hospital decor)
Any extra demo IV medications from lab we can hang from the tent for decoration (for zombie hospital decor)
Clear plastic, ie. shower curtains (for zombie hospital decor)
Day of Haunted Union, October 25th:
Tent set-up will occur from 14:00 to 17:15, and we must be ready for the public by 17:30.

🎽 Allied Health Club & the Bisbee 1000! 🎽
🗓️ When- Next Saturday 10/19
Carpool vans will be leaving at 0600 from the DTC due to limited parking
If you can't carpool in the vans we ask that you carpool with other students and park at the Bisbee Breakfast club and we will bus those students into the parking area.
Communicate with us if this is your plan so we can pick you up!
Race ends about 11ish so we should be back around 1ish
🌇 Where- Downtown Bisbee
😜 Who- ALL of you!
25 stations need to be manned for safety so we are wanting 50 volunteers to buddy up at each station.

Bring:
Layer clothes, it starts cool and then warms up
SNACKS!!!!! Tons of snacks
Water as it gets warmer you will become super thirsty
Study materials if you would like for when there are breaks in the race
We are needing an additional 20 volunteers to double at each location. Please bring a friend or ask your fellow students to register through the signup genius so we can account for them. Thanks so much and we are very excited for this event!
