Sleep is vital for mental health, influencing mood, emotional regulation, cognitive function, and stress management.

Poor sleep heightens emotional reactivity, impairs focus, and increases the risk of mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It also affects resilience, making daily stress harder to handle and contributing to burnout.

To improve sleep, maintain a consistent schedule, limit screen time before bed, and create a comfortable sleep environment. Prioritizing sleep is essential for overall psychological well-being.

The Thrive Within Training Team is excited to offer our Thriving Community Training: Promoting a Culture of Wellness — an engaging two-part, interactive series focused on understanding mental health, stress, trauma, and how we can better support ourselves and others.

This training is offered at no cost to the community and is designed for anyone passionate about creating healthier, more resilient communities.
