SALINE vs SILICONE - During breast augmentation consults, patients often asks “which implants are better?”. Answer is- it depends what you want.
Both are FDA approved and safe. Silicone is slightly more expensive than saline. Both have silicone shells.
Dr. McDonald uses both saline and silicone implants in various sizes and projections. During your consultation he’ll review and show examples for your frame.
