🎄✨ It’s looking SO festive at our main hospital campus! ✨🎄

The halls are officially decked, and the beautiful Festival of Trees displays are ready to bring holiday cheer to the Big Horn Basin! You’ll have to come down and see these gorgeous trees in person — each one uniquely decorated and absolutely stunning.

🇺🇸 Honoring Service — On the Front Lines and Beyond 🇺🇸

Today, on Veterans Day, Cody Regional Health was honored to welcome Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon as he toured our EMS Bay, Emergency Department, and Big Horn Basin Cancer Center.

It was a privilege to share how our dedicated teams serve this community every day — from responding to emergencies across thousands of square miles to providing compassionate care for those fighting some of life’s toughest battles.

As we reflect on this day, we extend our deepest gratitude to all veterans and active service members. Your courage, sacrifice, and commitment inspire everything we do.

Thank you, Governor Gordon, for visiting and helping us honor the men and women — both in uniform and in healthcare — who stand ready to serve when duty calls. 💙❤️🤍

🚑 Proud moment for our Cody Regional Health EMS Team!

During this year’s state trauma survey, our EMS program was recognized as one of the most impressive in all of Wyoming — a HUGE honor and reflection of the hard work, training, and heart our crews bring to every call.

From 911 response to emergency transport to trauma readiness — our EMS professionals show up with excellence every single time. The state survey team praised not only their clinical skill, but the way they partner seamlessly with our Emergency Department and Trauma Program.

To the paramedics, EMTs, dispatchers, flight crews, nurses, and support teams who make this level of care possible — you are the reason our region feels safe.

👏 Thank you for representing CRH and the Big Horn Basin with pride, compassion, and professionalism.

We’re gearing up for our Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner, and we need your help to make it extra sweet!
