I see you. Touch can either be overstimulating or deeply grounding—depending on how it’s given and received. And for many of us, we’re getting a lot of rushed, overstimulating input throughout the day without anything that truly helps the body settle.
What I offer is the opposite of that—slow, intentional touch combined with awareness to help release tension (especially in the face and jaw) and guide your body back into a calm, grounded state.
This isn’t a facial or massage—it’s a gentle, hands-on, touch-based practice inspired by yoga and body awareness. With repeated experiences like this, the body can begin to return to that state of calm more easily.
