Divine Hospice "Providing Quality Care With Compassion" Divine Hospice provides care for individuals who are in the final transition of life.

During this difficult time, Divine Hospice gives families the opportunity to enjoy precious time with their loved ones without the stress of daily patient care. Patients receive hospice care at home surrounded by friends and relatives, in a long-term care facility, or hospice facility. Our goal is to make the patient as comfortable as possible while allowing them to enjoy the best quality of life. An individual care plan will be jointly established by the patient, family, physician, and interdisciplinary group.
