I would like to take a moment to address "yelp" I recently found a review I am going to share. The 6 reviews they show for us are all negative, slander of myself from folks that I have never meet, and have never been in the clinic, with the exception of the one I will share. You are not allowed to respond to these reviews without your photo, but they can because they are protected ( per yelp). I literally have a stalker that posted one of the reviews, the CPD had to intervene. 17 reviews from 2019-2025 are not published due to the AI used. These are actually patients that have been in the clinic. The review I want to share is as follows:

This woman is actually crazy. I made an appointment and paid my deposit. After making appointment, we learned my daughter had a pressing health issue, so I wanted to switch the appointment for my daughter. I called and emailed multiple times, but no one ever responded. So I showed up to the appointment with my daughter. I told her that I wanted to have my daughter take my appointment and she went ballistic. It was actually scary. My daughter and I both left in tears. After this horrible experience, which I believe was divine intervention, my daughter found out her friend went to this clinic. She learned that her friend spent hundreds of dollars on needless tests and was misdiagnosed. Beware! This lady is a quack!!

I am responding to this review at this time, since we have just seen it. I do remember your very brief visit. You entered the clinic in an aggressive manner screaming and demanding your daughter be seen. As we explained we had nothing on your daughter to arrange a visit with her, you continued to aggressively threaten and harass the medical staff and you were then placed in a room. When I came into the room you continued that behavior , threatened me verbally and at one point attempted to record our conversation . I addressed this with you and I remember your words - “ I am going to ruin you”. At this point you were uncontrollable, and I choose to terminate you, refund your money and never reschedule you because of your threatening behavior. As a patient or guest in a business you have the responsibility to act in an appropriate manner , you choose not to and at this point you have taken it into a legal matter.

As a small business owner for 16 years, individuals such as this come along. I will not allow my team or myself to be abused or threatened. These individuals are allowed to slander you, stalk you and attempt to destroy you because they did not obtain their end goal, I have seen this behavior in drug seeking patients, doctor shopping patients, psychiatric, mood disorders ( which all of these patients have a reason for the behavior )
To be crystal clear this behavior is driven by a culture of entitlement. Since 2019 we have seen more of this disturbing behavior in our community. They want to claim "freedom of speech" but those of us that understand the true nature of the behavior have a much deeper perspective.
I will not be moved, I will not wavier, I will stand strong and unyielding when it comes to my team and myself. I will treat you with respect and dignity up until you make the choice to attach and that point I will find my self in ED mode, which is very natural after 30 years - those that know me understand.
