My friend and I make these “blind date with a book” bundles and they’re such a cute Easter idea. So I thought I’d share here too.

Each one has a surprise book + little goodies and is already wrapped up for you

The weather’s warming up… and you know what that means…. 😅🦟

This one is special to me 🤍

A few years ago we were camping and needed something safe and natural for the kids… so my dad made this bug spray for us.

We all used it the whole trip and loved it, but what really sold us was this:

Someone we were with used a name brand spray and still got ate UP.

Our 2026 CSA season runs June–October (20 weeks) and will feature produce grown by:

…and a few special guest farms throughout the season.

These are vegetables grown by the farmers behind the program, using regenerative practices that build soil, protect pollinators, and leave the land healthier every season.
Each basket includes 6+ seasonal items and may feature vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers, syrups, pickles, and more depending on what the farms are harvesting that week.

Every single batch of elderberry I make is so special to me and prayed over 💚

This recipe has been part of my family for years. It began when my great grandma, who had Alzheimer’s, got the flu at 94 years old. That was when my mom first started making elderberry for her, and seeing it become something our family reached for and loved is what eventually led me to make it for Mended.

Each batch is slow simmered with organic elderberries, true organic Ceylon cinnamon, organic cloves, and organic ginger. Raw local honey is added after it’s cooled. Just real ingredients coming together. I never pressure seal or can the syrup so it stays refrigerated and minimally processed.

Elderberry has been one of those staples in our home through school germs, travel, changing seasons, and all the little moments in between. Elderberry has been used for generations and is naturally rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and plant compounds. It is one of those simple things to keep on hand and easy to incorporate into everyday routines.

One thing I love about working with real ingredients is that nature is not manufactured, and that is something that is so important to me and carries through all of my Mended products.

I am truly grateful for everyone who continues to support Mended and trusts me to make something they bring into their homes too.
