❄️We are open! Most classes are up and running. Please note that the parking lot is still blocked off. There is street parking and we have cleared our sidewalk. It is still icy out there. Please proceed carefully out there! 🥶🧜‍♀️

9:30 Pilates and 6:30pm Yoga Flow

Tuesday:
10:30 Chair Yoga
4:00 Pilates

Wednesday:
1:30-3:00 Kids Art Class Homeschool (ages 9-14)
3:30- 5:00 Kids Afterschool Art Club (ages 5-11)

We’ve missed you! We will be open for classes tomorrow. 8am Pilates and 9:30 Hatha Flow Yoga. Our sidewalks to the front door are clear. However, since there is a pile of snow blocking our lot which is covered with ice you will need to find alternative (street parking). Please use caution and be safe out there. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Creativity was in full force this week in our Wednesday kids classes. Students learned how to fold and cut paper into a “Triorama”. Then they used collage techniques as well as clay sculpting skills to create a world of their own design. Many enjoyed making mini versions of their rooms while others made magical winter wonderlands or dinosaur worlds. So much fun! 🤩

What a great night of felting fun with this terrific group! And thank you Colonial Beach Brewing for hosting!
