hey, art-loving yogis!
I’m excited to announce that I have a new local yoga offering to share with all of you…
Once a month on Saturdays, I’ll be teaching an all-level 60 minute flow in the back of The Sluice’s beautiful shared studio, gallery, and cafe. Arrive at 9:30am for your flow, then navigate your way to for a cuppa and stroll through for some inspiration on your way out :)
Sounds like a perfect way to start the weekend to me!

We kickoff June 22, and will have regular classes every 3rd Saturday of the month during the summer!
I’m so looking forward to seeing all of you on the mat soon!

what is your why? - for coming to yoga, for stepping on your mat and deciding to begin? what is your why for anything you do in life?

this quote is an intention I’d like to offer that came about from going back to dance class (cheers to ) after many years away. However you decide to move, do it with intention. 🌊

having an intention to offer during your yoga practice is a great way to introduce more mindfulness into your day to day. As you bring intention into your actions both on and off the mat, you can feel a sense of empowerment in setting the tone for your day, instead of getting swept up in the waves around you. 🌊
