Shout out to UCCS Copy Center! They have been so helpful in getting my medical documents shredded as they get purged every couple of years! Also big help for my Doula Business Holistic Healing COS!!! They help me get my informative fliers printed (double side) for my birth mom's! Knowledge is power.

Mixed emotions about this. Ironman did try to build the sport for Women, but the two locations or even two day event was not the popular opinion. I do think it is a bit unfair that I was 10th-20th in my AG and I got a spot when a male was 5th-7th and didn't get a spot. It is too strict on men's competition. I'm interested to see how Ironman will continue to encourage women, but not at the disadvantage of me. That would really be equality. Word on the street was that women were less interested in racing in Nice, France (because it's Not Kona). When I was in Nice, the vibe was cold.

Ironman announced the end of the two-day format when the 2026 Ironman World Championship returns entirely to Hawaii.
