I’m in the unknown again.

The sacred space of in between.

The place where old and new have yet to collide.

My body tugs to stay here, to relive the past, and to replay.

But my soul gently whispers…there’s a new way.

In this great void, where we find balance of night & day, i softly pray, “show me the way, God.”

The answer doesn’t come boldly.

It comes like the wind…

It’s slow and soft and requires stillness to be heard.

“Child, you’ll find you way.”

In this transition from dark to light I shed skin that’s keeping me bound tight.

As I make room for more light.

My biggest wounds from my past came to light in my current relationship

and showed up as an inability to trust my partner who had never harmed me.

How could I trust what he’d say when I’d been lied to so many times?

How did I know that his love was here to stay when my biggest fear was that he’d walk away?

It wasn’t safe to receive his support.

My body said, “No go away!”

Previously when I was receptive there was always a price to pay.

I kept saying “There is something wrong with me. There has to be - why am I this way?”

And there was nothing wrong with me.

I simply believed it was unsafe to be in the presence of commitment, loyalty, and promise so my subconscious patterns would come out to play.

My body & mind worked so hard to push him away and build walls while I affirmed that everything was ok.

With time my truth spoke louder than my patterns

as I came to my inner knowing that the only way out of these patterns was to journey all the way through them. 🐛🦋

Through the ThetaHealing™️ modality I was able to journey into these patterns

understand why they were there

and heal them using the most powerful energy in the world.

The energy of source / Unconditional Love.

ThetaHealing changed every aspect of my life.

But more than anything it changed my relationship with trust…deep in my cells I know how to trust

and beyond all of this

This entire year has been an initiation...

I’ve journeyed into the depths of my body + mind on a quest to fully reclaim my Self and my personal truth.   This time last year life threw several curve balls straight to my face. ⚾️

This paired with a move across the country sent me on a rollercoaster ride through the ethers. IYKYK. 😅

I may share more one day, but I’m not there yet. Reminder: don’t rush your process. 💝  But through this something amazing happened...  I rediscovered breath work after it had fallen out of my life for many years.  My soul called... "breathe more, feel it, let it move."  So, I decided to listen & to go all in on improving the relationship I have with myself, my body, and my breath.

Through this journey of healing my breath became my anchor during chaos.

And a bridge into higher states of consciousness.   Breath work allowed my to heal + release powerfully on a somatic level, move through c-ptsd + PMDD, and create a stronger relationship with myself than ever before.
 When you start practicing breathwork mindfully and intentionally you receive incredible transmissions from yourself.  You begin to release patterns that have plagued you for years to find your own alignment.  And most importantly you're able to build a true, lasting connection with your body. 
The journey of healing through your breath doesn’t happen instantly.

It takes time, patience, and a devotion to the woman/man you want to become.

Earth is school for the soul.

We’re here to learn, to master lessons, and to eventually graduate.

The journey when you get perspective is quite simply, really.

But we tend to make it unnecessarily complex with our minds, attachments, and emotions.

And this complexity keeps us stuck in cycles of distortion, self sabotage, and doubt.

But the thing is, these cycles are here to evolve us not to cause us suffering.

Every single challenge is an opportunity to grow, to become, and to evolve.

So the next time your find yourself stuck in a limiting cycle, pattern, or loop don’t shame yourself.

Instead, get curious.

Ask yourself, “what is the lesson for me here?”

Once you hear or feel an answer your work is it embody that lesson into the depths of who you are.
