That includes fear-based language.That includes “just suggesting” the same option over and over. That includes framing one choice as the “better” or “right” way.

Because education is supposed to create clarity… not steer decisions.

My role isn’t to decide what your birth should look like. It’s to make sure you understand your options, feel grounded in your body, and trust yourself to choose.

Even if your choice looks different than mine. Even if it changes in the moment. Even if it’s not what I would do.

That’s not a lack of support. That is support.

If you’ve ever felt subtly pushed, rushed, or influenced in decisions about your body… you’re not imagining it.
