To face their shadows.
To walk the dark valleys.
To climb the mountain and receive truth, wisdom, and remembrance.

And yes, those internal reckonings are profound.

But what is spoken of less,
is the unintentional healing that happens around the medicine.

The way strangers arrive and leave as kin.
The way our walls soften simply by being witnessed.
The way our nervous systems exhale when we realize we are not alone.

Sometimes the medicine doesn’t just heal within us.
It weaves us back into each other.

And that remembering,
that we are held, mirrored, and supported,
can be just as transformative as any vision.
