I offer Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal and Private Yoga classes. I am also certified to help Veterans and Civilians coping with PTSD utilizing the Mindful Yoga Therapy method created by the Veterans Yoga Project. For Private classes please contact me at cynthiaive@yahoo.com for more details.

Volunteering: I am a Volunteer Yoga Instructor for the American Red Cross and I currently teach a group of soldiers dealing with Chronic Pain under the Pain Management Department of a Medical Hospital. It is completely gratifying to help these soldiers feel better using the practice of Yoga. Back in Germany I volunteered teaching free classes to the Baumholder community plus helped any way possible when I was needed. Fundraising: As part of my Yoga Journey I have a deep appreciation for actively giving back to others in need by fundraising for different organizations such as Off the Mat Into the World and Yoga Aid World Challenge.
