The time change doesn’t just affect your clock — your body has to adjust too! When daylight shifts, your internal rhythms, hormones, and even hunger cues need time to recalibrate. 🌞

Here are a few simple ways to help your system reset:

• Get morning sunlight — Step outside shortly after waking to remind your brain it’s time to be alert.
• Limit screens in the evening — Reduce blue light at least an hour before bed so melatonin can rise naturally.
• Keep a steady sleep schedule — Try to wake up and wind down at the same times every day, weekends included.
• Create a calming nighttime routine — Avoid late-day caffeine, unwind with a book, or enjoy a warm bath.
• Support your minerals — Magnesium plays a role in over 300 bodily processes, including relaxing muscles and calming the nervous system.
